Shipping policy

At STITCHL, every item is printed on demand specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because we create products individually, our fulfillment process takes a bit more time than standard mass-produced retail, ensuring high quality and reduced environmental waste.

1. Processing & Production Times

  • Production Time: All orders are sent to production within 24 hours of being placed. Order fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Peak Seasons: During holiday seasons or high-demand periods, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and printed, it will be shipped directly from our printing partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3 – 5 business days after fulfillment.

  • Canada & UK: 5 – 10 business days after fulfillment.

  • Europe: 5 – 12 business days after fulfillment.

  • Rest of the World: 8 – 20 business days after fulfillment.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves the fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery step-by-step.

If you haven’t received a tracking update within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@stitchl.com.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is completely correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, reshipment fees may apply.

6. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. STITCHL is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or extra fees applied by your local customs office.
