Welcome to STITCHL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (https://stitchl.com/) and all digital products, downloads, and services provided by STITCHL.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Products (Digital Downloads Only)

STITCHL exclusively sells digital design files, which may include SVG, PNG (300 DPI Transparent), DXF, and EPS formats.

⚠️ No physical product (such as actual t-shirts, tumblers, or wood blanks) will be shipped to your address. All files are delivered electronically immediately upon completed payment.

2. Commercial & Personal Use License

When you purchase a design from STITCHL, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design according to the following terms:

✔ YOU ARE PERMITTED TO:

  • Use the design for unlimited personal crafting projects.
  • Create and sell up to 500 physical end-products per design (such as physical t-shirts, tote bags, tumblers, mugs, greeting cards, or wood signs).
  • Modify, resize, recolor, or combine the design with other elements for use on physical crafts.

✖ YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO:

  • Resell, share, redistribute, sub-license, or gift the original digital files in any format (SVG, PNG, EPS, etc.).
  • Upload our designs to automated Print-On-Demand (POD) websites (such as Redbubble, Zazzle, TeePublic, Amazon Merch) to sell as standalone digital assets.
  • Claim the artwork or digital files as your own original creation.
  • Convert the files into digital embroidery formats or font formats for digital resale.

3. Software & Machine Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their cutting machine or design software (e.g., Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Glowforge, Brother ScanNCut, Photoshop, Illustrator) supports the file types included with the purchase. While all files are tested for clean cut lines, STITCHL does not provide software tutoring.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on STITCHL are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices, launch promotional bundles, or discontinue designs at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted gateways (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All graphic designs, illustrations, brand names, product titles, and website content on STITCHL are the intellectual property of STITCHL and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Purchasing a digital file grants a usage license only; ownership of the artwork remains with STITCHL.

6. Limitation of Liability

STITCHL shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital files, or for any material loss occurring during crafting or cutting machine operation.
